We provide turn key construction services for residential, commercial and institutional projects. As the Owner, you will be assembling a team of professionals to bring your project to fruition which may include an Architect, Interior Designer and General Contractor. It's obviously important to choose the right members of your team as well as making sure that they will all work well together. The successful outcome of any construction project is truly a team effort. We recommend a Design/ Build approach in custom building. This approach is based on the Architect and General Contractor working as a team from the beginning of the project for the Owner. There are many benefits to the Owner in this situation. Our services begin as soon as we are engaged by our clients. If you are still in the design stage of the project, we are able to assist you and/or the Architect in coordinating activities such as working with local officials to secure the appropriate permits and providing preliminary estimated cost information to enable the design to be completed based on a target budget for the project. These initial services usually prove to be a time and cost savings for the project.

Once the plans are complete, we will develop a detailed estimate for the project. This provides a detailed line item cost report for all facets of construction. The detailed estimate will become the project budget that will be used for job costing throughout the process.

Upon approval of the detailed estimate by the Owner and execution of a Construction Contract, construction will begin. Our project manager will develop a schedule for the project that he will use to manage resource scheduling, material orders and deliveries. We will also activate your web page for the project. You will be given your own page address to access digital photos and updates from our project manager on a weekly basis. We provide all services needed for a true turn key project, ready for the Owner to move in upon completion.
