accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities. She also
works in a support capacity for much of the staff. She has become a vital asset to the company since she began working with us.
Randy Wiggins, Project Manager:
Randy is in charge of all aspects of project management for each
of our projects including tasks such as contract management,
scheduling development and maintenance, resource management, materials management and client communications. Randy has an
impressive professional background in management and has proven to be an extremely effective leader in our company.
Tom Mahoney, Construction Estimator:
Construction estimating demands a high level of attention to detail
and Tom certainly fits the bill. His background in working
for NASA for 20 years has served him well since he decided to enter the world of construction estimating. He has successfully
completed multiple construction estimating course curriculums and is a nationally recognized construction estimator.
Tommy Taylor, Field Superintendent:
Tommy has been with the company from the very beginning. He has worked side by side with Justin Wills (General Contractor)
driving nails on many homes. He's learned over time what Justin expects in the construction of our projects and is now in charge
of overseeing all jobsite activities. Tommy has worked in the construction industry his entire career.
John Campbell, Field Superintendent:
John brings an unmatched level of experience to our company. In his 40 years in the construction industry, he's seen just about
everything. John is a true expert craftsman in log, heavy timber and conventional frame construction. With John's extensive
experience and knowledge base, he has become an invaluable resource to our company.
Justin Wills, General Contractor:
Founder of the company, Justin has been in the construction industry his entire career. Becoming a Licensed General Contractor
at age 21, he has always had a passion for building. Justin started in the industry as a carpenter apprentice and has worked his
way through the business from the ground up. He is always looking for ways to improve the process.
